See a lower price? Just email us a link to the same product on our site or another authorized eBike seller. As long as it’s the same model, in stock, and priced lower, we’ll process the difference quickly and credit you back.
What Qualifies
- The product must be purchased directly from EvolvedBikes.com
- Item must be the same model, color, and configuration
- Competitor must be an authorized online-only retailer
- Product must be in stock at the time of your request
- We’ll match the product + shipping cost (sales tax not included)
- Marketplace listings (eBay, Overstock, etc.) and promotions like rebates or BOGO offers are excluded

How do I request a price match?
Just email us at sales@evolvedbikes.com with a link to the exact product and price. If it qualifies, we’ll process your refund right away.
What if the price drops on EvolvedBikes.com?
No problem we’ll still honor the lower price. If our own website offers a lower price within 3 months of your purchase, you’ll get a refund for the difference.
Do you match prices with physical retail stores?
We only match prices from authorized online retailers. Retail stores and marketplaces like eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or Overstock do not qualify.
