We believe ordering your dream eBike should feel as exciting and effortless as the first ride. We’ve designed our order, shipping, and return process to give you total peace of mind from the moment you click “Buy” to the moment you take your first spin.
Order Confirmation
The moment your order is placed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email, proof that your next adventure is officially in motion.
- Your payment method will be pre-authorized, but not charged until we confirm availability.
- We immediately coordinate with our trusted suppliers to verify your eBike is in stock and ready for dispatch.
- If for any reason your selected model is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and update you right away.
Once confirmed and in stock, your payment will be processed, and your order will be queued for shipment, usually within 5 business days.
Order Shipment
We know you can't wait to ride, so we don't keep you waiting.
- In-stock orders ship within 5 business days after payment processing.
- You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your bike leaving the warehouse, so you can follow its journey to your door.
- Haven't received tracking within 6 business days? Our team is here to help at sales@evolvedbikes.com.
- Free Shipping on all orders within the US. Shipping time is approximately 5 - 7 business days.
Damages
While we partner with carriers who treat your eBike like gold, we still recommend inspecting your delivery upon arrival.
- If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, note it when signing for delivery.
- If your bike arrives damaged, snap a few photos and send them to returns@evolvedbikes.com.
- We'll handle the insurance claim process so you can focus on planning your first ride.
Cancellation & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority, but we understand plans can change.
- Orders canceled within 48 hours: No charge.
- Orders canceled after 48 hours: Subject to a $20 administration fee (regardless of shipping status).
- If your order has already shipped, you'll be responsible for actual return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
